Facility

Our facility is located in central Newport news, easily accessible from Hampton, Yorktown and Poquoson. The space is multi functional and can support classes up to 30 people. 

We have tried to create a unique, beautiful environment for you to enjoy. Custom milled red oak beams from our property in Spout Spring, Va support yoga swings, suspension trainers, punching bags etc. Premium lighting, good music, positive vibes.
